Practice healing basics for yourself while opening your ability to fully 'have' or receive the healing. Tune up your space and learn new healing techniques to help you relax, come to deeper focus and prepare for a busy times ahead of us. Do people naturally come to you for support or guidance? Are you a natural helper? Do you oversee others as a manager, teacher or work with others? You might just be a healer.
Healing simply refers to returning to wholeness.
In this 6 week course we will be doing practical healing exercises on other students and some people from outside class. While many tools will be practiced during the course, it all starts and ends with how we manage our own space as healers. So this is our main goal to learn and practice skills to be able to continue to work with others if called to do so, while avoiding burnout, or exhaustion from the energies we are unconsciously picking up. Each student receives a private energy check with Julia.
